Kicking off the month of November this year is the Myrtle Beach Seafood Festival on Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd. This is a Grand festival that everyone should visit at least once while they are on vacation in the area. And what’s going to the beach without experiencing some fresh seafood? This festival is free to attend and will be on the oceanfront between 8th & 9th Avenues in Downtown Myrtle Beach, you will need to purchase food while you are there. Not only will the festival have delicious seafood, but will also have live music, activities for the kids and more. Go and enjoy this fun festival with the family and spend some quality time together at the beach!

Lighting of the Tree

Get into the holiday spirit before Thanksgiving and head over to Broadway at the Beach on Friday, November 16th. Beginning at 6:00 pm, the 25th Annual Tree Lighting Celebration kicks off for some fun. There will be live music and entertainment, things for the kids to enjoy and even a special visitor all the way from the North Pole. From singing Christmas carols to letting the kids dance to their hearts content, there is something for everyone. This event is free to attend is one you don’t want to miss!

13th Annual Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot

Do you and your family love to get involved in fun runs at home on a holiday? If you do, then you don’t want to miss the 13th Annual Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. Happening at The Market Common in Myrtle Beach is where your family can join in the fun. Don’t fret about how much turkey you may eat later that day because this run will make you ready to enjoy that amazing food. There will be several races going on that day including a 5K, 8K, 1-Mile Run and a Free Tot Trot for the kids. The race begins at 9:00 am and ends at 12:00 pm and is one you won’t want to miss this year.

This 3-day event happens every June and this year’s has something in store for it’s fans. Starting on June 6th and ending on June 9th is where you and your family can come and enjoy some of the best singers in the industry. Alabama will be help kick off the festival this year on Thursday, June 6th and it’s a performance you don’t want to miss! Some of the other amazing acts will be Randy Houser, Thomas Rhett, Dustin Lynch and many more. What a great event that your family can attend and good news is tickets will be on sale until June 4th!

Art in the Gardens

Do you have someone in the family who loves art? If the answer is yes, then we highly suggest heading over to Brookgreen Gardens this weekend for the Brookgreen Art Festival. This year your family can enjoy seeing some local artists and their work including some demonstrations. This is a free event to all those who visit the gardens from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm with a valid admission. Don’t miss this fun event for the artists out there who are visiting the beach.

It’s Baseball Season

Baseball season is in which means that it’s time to take your family to see the Myrtle Beach Pelican’s play a few games. The Pelican’s will play many other teams such as the Wilmington Blue Rocks and many more while you are on vacation. Taking your family to a game can become a tradition that many families love to do as the tickets can cost as little as $9 per person. We can guarantee that you won’t get a bad seat in the whole stadium.
