Have no fear, as we have the scoop for you on where and when the adventure begins. While we offer our guests a variety of activities at our resort, we understand that sometimes getting out to explore the area is precisely what you need.
What Activities Are There?
However, if you are looking for fun activities outside our resort, you will want to check out several exciting events happening in the Myrtle Beach area this summer! There are many ongoing events, as well as a few one-time opportunities this summer that you may not want to miss.
Pelicans Baseball Game
If you are a baseball lover or have someone in your family who is, consider going out for a family night and watching a Pelicans Baseball Game in North Myrtle Beach. From April 8th to September 7th, 2025, you can see a game at the home locations of Myrtle Beach. Located at 1251 21st Ave, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Visit their website to view the games and purchase tickets.
Summer Nights at Broadway at the Beach
From June 2nd to August 24th, 2025, head over to Broadway at the Beach every night for some fun nightly entertainment. There is something for everyone, and it’s something that you won’t want to miss. From free face painting every Saturday and Sunday at 7-10 pm to Fireworks every Tuesday at 10 pm until August 28th. Admission to this event is free.
Family Kingdom Amusement Park
If you want to do something fun and exciting, then head on over to Family Kingdom Amusement Park for the evening. With a variety of thrill rides and family-friendly attractions, there is something for the whole family to enjoy. You can purchase individually priced tickets for $1.00 each, or opt for the Unlimited All-Day Ride Wristband for $30.00 (plus tax). This price is for each person who wants to ride. However, if you prefer to walk around and enjoy the sights and sounds of the park, admission is free. Located at 300 S. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Please note that a $7 parking fee applies. Be sure to check the website for hours of operation before visiting.
Myrtle Waves Water Park
Looking for a bit of fun in the sun for a day with family and friends? Head on over to Myrtle Waves Water Park located at 3000 Mr. Joe White Ave., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 for the day and enjoy a little waterpark fun. Between floating down the lazy river, enjoying the wave pool, and sliding down the waterslides, there is something for everyone in the family. Worried about the younger children, then head over to the Bubble Bay or Saturation Station, where your little ones can get in on the action too. You can purchase your tickets either online or at the park on the day you want to go. Please check the website for the hours of operation.
