Kicking off the month of November this year is the Myrtle Beach Seafood Festival on Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd. This festival is free to attend and will be on the oceanfront between 8th & 9th Avenues in Downtown Myrtle Beach, you will need to purchase food while you are there. Lighting of the Tree
Get into the holiday spirit before Thanksgiving and head over to Broadway at the Beach on Friday, November 16th. Beginning at 6:00 pm, the 25th Annual Tree Lighting Celebration kicks off for some fun. There will be live music and entertainment, things for the kids to enjoy and even a special visitor all the way from the North Pole. From singing Christmas carols to letting the kids dance to their hearts content, there is something for everyone. This event is free to attend is one you don’t want to miss!
13th Annual Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot
Do you and your family love to get involved in fun runs at home on a holiday? If you do, then you don’t want to miss the 13th Annual Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. Happening at The Market Common in Myrtle Beach is where your family can join in the fun. Don’t fret about how much turkey you may eat later that day because this run will make you ready to enjoy that amazing food. There will be several races going on that day including a 5K, 8K, 1-Mile Run and a Free Tot Trot for the kids. The race begins at 9:00 am and ends at 12:00 pm and is one you won’t want to miss this year.
